I long, as does every human being, to be at home wherever I find myself.

                                                                                                            Maya Angelou

Though life hurts sometimes, struggle is not a disadvantage. It is an advantage because it develops qualities in you that may have lain dormant without strife to awaken them. When you flip the script and perceive from a positive interpretation, you are using systems of allowing. You can move through life with minimum resistance and friction.

If you want to feel better you need to start to think differently, act differently, believe differently, and feel differently. You can do this by constantly keeping in mind precisely what you want. Your consistent focus magnetizes your point of attraction. Your emotions never lie. How you feel will tell you if your focus has been good or not. Focus on your emotions and feel your way to your future reality. Turn toward what excites you.

Your number one goal is see your glass as half full. It is the sweet sense of relief that you can reach for and win over and over. Let go of resistance. You want to change how you view and respond to life. Try to deliberately look at the positive and you will become a master framer of life.

Own your feelings and embrace them. Be okay with the fact that there will be bad shadow days. Feel free to just let it out: beat a pillow, scream, belt out a heartfelt song, take a run, punch a bag, or kick something. However, the best option of all is to have a big ol’ belly laugh. Try to laugh whenever possible, especially at yourself. Laughter is one of the greatest healing agents. Studies have shown that babies laugh hundreds of times a day, but adults laugh very little. There is even a yogic practice where you just make yourself laugh. Give it a try: just laugh, pretend if you have to. You just moved energy and raised your vibration, good on you, really.

Intentionally Affirm

I intend that certainty is mine for the asking. I now ask certainty into my life. I allow it in positively; for I know that I am safe. I am grateful, I give thanks. So be it, so it is.
