We know of the horrors that occurred in iconic hotel movie settings such as the Overlook Hotel, the Bates Motel, and Room 1408. Chef Gordon Ramsay, however, deals with real life hotel horrors in the television series, Hotel Hell.

This show is in its second season as Gordon Ramsay travels America to endure hotels at their worst so unsuspecting guests won’t have to! From disgusting bedrooms and moldy bathrooms, to horrible room service and incompetent staff, Gordon Ramsey finds the problems with these hotels and attempts to save them.

The success of each business is truly on the line, so one thing is certain: if they won’t take Ramsay’s advice and make the changes required to meet his impeccable standards, they will never check out of HOTEL HELL.

Last week, Ramsay was in Starkville, MS at the Hotel Chester.

Next Week, Ramsay will be in Pipestone, MN at the Calumet Inn

This show airs Mondays at 8 pm EST on FOX.

Another show to keep up with is Face/Off. This show is a competition/elimination series on its 7th season with special-effects make-up artists who create original characters each week based on prompts which have included aliens, horror villains, cyborgs, and many others! Challenges involve designing characters and sculpting, molding, and application of complex make-ups. Make-ups are judged by famous movie make-up artists and one competitor is sent home every week.

Last week, competitors created twisted trees, tree characters who are infected with a common tree sickness, such as rot and tumors. These characters turned out to be fabulously deformed and tormented trees!

Next week, competitors will create hybrid animal characters!
